About the START 2 Program

Working conditions
  1. Minimum of four (4) hours to a maximum of six (6) hours on Mondays to Saturdays, and not to exceed 12 hours on Sundays and holidays but in no case to exceed 40 hours a week
  2. Work rendered overtime or during holidays will be paid with corresponding overtime/holiday pay rate
  3. Class and work schedules should not be in conflict
  4. STARTers are not allowed to work during term breaks
  5. STARTer’s contracts may be terminated by partner companies for a cause
  6. STARTers shall observe proper work decorum as contained in the policies of the partner companies
